Does the AI tell me what exercises to do?

No. The exercises are structured training routines — designed by the product and assigned by the app based on your weakest dimension. The AI's job is to read what you did and analyze how well you did it, then give you specific feedback for the next session. Think of it as a coach who corrects your form, not one who invents the workout.

What does the AI actually analyze?

After each session, the AI receives: which exercise you completed, your scores across all 5 dimensions, your voice metrics (WPM, filler word count, fluency score), your biofeedback result, your morning intention and whether you followed through, and your full 30-day progress trend. It uses all of this to produce a specific, personalized observation — not generic advice.

What is the biofeedback and is it accurate?

The front camera analyzes your facial muscle tension in real time, entirely on-device. No video or face data ever leaves your phone. It measures your physiological state — relaxed or tense — and represents it as a colored dot and an aura. It's not a clinical measurement tool, but it gives you objective, repeatable feedback on whether you're performing from a calm state or a stressed one. That distinction matters for charisma training.

Is the free version actually useful?

Yes. The free tier gives you the full Daily Loop structure, real-time biofeedback, 10 rotating exercises, voice recording, streak tracking, badges, gamification levels, the SOS Emergency Reset, and the Job Interview contextual protocol. It's a complete training system. The AI Coach — which reads your session data and gives you specific feedback — is the Premium differentiator.

What data does the app collect or send?

The biofeedback camera analysis runs entirely on-device — no face data is ever transmitted. When you use the AI Coach (Premium), your session metrics are sent to a Cloudflare Worker, which passes them to the AI model and returns the response. No personally identifiable information is sent — only anonymous session data. Firebase Analytics is used for anonymous usage statistics.
