Data we collect

Server logs

Like any website, our hosting provider (IONOS) automatically records standard server log data whenever you visit a page. This includes your IP address, browser type and version, the page requested, referring URL, and the date and time of the request. These logs are used solely for security and operational purposes and are not linked to any individual identity.

Analytics data

If you turn on Statistics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to collect anonymised information about how visitors use the site, pages visited, session duration, and general geographic region (country level). IP addresses are anonymised before any data is stored. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.

Analytics data is only collected after you turn on Statistics in the cookie banner.

Advertising data

The site uses Google AdSense to show ads. The AdSense script loads on every page, so Google receives your IP address and the page requested, as with any embedded resource. If you consent to Advertising, Google also uses cookies and similar identifiers and information about the pages you visit to show ads, which may be personalised, to limit how often you see them, to measure their performance and to prevent fraud. Without consent, advertising cookies are not set and any ads shown are not personalised. Google acts as an independent controller for this processing.

How consent is collected

Visitors in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland are asked for consent through Google's consent message, a Google-certified consent management platform that follows the IAB Europe Transparency & Consent Framework. Visitors elsewhere are asked through our own cookie banner. Either way, optional processing starts only after you agree, and you can withdraw consent at any time from Cookie Settings in the footer.

Email contact

If you contact us by email at info@mentalharmony.online, we receive your email address and any information you include in your message. This data is used solely to respond to your enquiry and is not stored in any database or shared with third parties.

Cookie consent preference

If you use our banner, we store your cookie choices (which optional categories you accepted, and when) in your browser's localStorage under the key mh_cookie_consent. This value never leaves your browser and is not transmitted to our servers. What we do NOT collect

We do not collect names, addresses, payment information, or any other personally identifiable information through this website. We do not use social media tracking pixels or remarketing tools. The only advertising service is Google AdSense; advertising cookies and personalised ads are used only with your consent.

Google Fonts

This site loads fonts (Outfit, Cormorant Garamond, DM Mono) from Google's CDN. This causes your browser to send your IP address to Google's servers. IONOS (Hosting)

This site is hosted on a private Linux server provided by IONOS SE (Germany). IONOS processes server log data as part of standard hosting operations. See IONOS Privacy Policy.
