What are cookies?

Cookies we use

The cookies and storage items used on this site fall into two categories. Only the Necessary category is always active. Statistics is optional and off until you consent. The Google Analytics script is not loaded at all before you consent to Statistics. This site does not currently show ads or use advertising cookies.

On your first visit our own cookie banner asks whether you allow Statistics. The choice is stored in your browser, as described in the table below.

Third-party services

Google Analytics 4 (Statistics)

If you turn on Statistics, this site loads Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to measure how the site is used: number of visits, pages viewed, and clicks on links to our apps. IP addresses are anonymised and we do not send names, emails or other identifying details to Google.

Google Analytics is provided by Google Ireland Limited. You can review Google's privacy practices at policies.google.com/privacy and how Google uses data from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites .

Google Fonts

The site's typefaces (Outfit, Cormorant Garamond and DM Mono) are loaded from Google Fonts. Your browser requests the font files from Google's servers, which receive your IP address as part of that request. Google Fonts does not set cookies.

Hosting

This website is hosted on a private Linux server (IONOS). As with any web hosting provider, server logs process your IP address and standard HTTP request data (browser version, referring URL, etc.) as part of serving pages to you. This is a necessary function and does not involve any tracking cookies set by Mental Harmony.

Your choices

Cookie banner

Our cookie banner appears at the bottom of the screen on your first visit. Until you choose, no optional cookies are set. You can:

• Accept all: turns on Statistics.
• Reject optional (or close the banner with ×): only the Necessary item is used.
• Customize: opens the preferences panel, where you can turn Statistics on or off and then save.

You can change your choice at any time from Cookie Settings in the footer of every page, which reopens the preferences panel. If you turn off Statistics after accepting it, we delete the Google Analytics cookies set on this site and reload the page. Your choice is kept for 12 months, after which the banner asks again.
